My E-mail to the show primetime

A while back you did a story about polygamy. I was wondering if you looked into how the law came to be. Also I was wondering if you knew that when the law was enacted it was violating the rights of the mormon people practicing it as part of their religion at the time. And also if you have the chance to look at how the mormon people and their treatment by both the states they lived in and the federal government at the time. I personally don't care one way or the other about most of the laws but this one was made by hateful people. But if it was a racist law it would have been repealed or whatever a long time ago. So I might suggest that next time you go after people for breaking certain laws just make sure you know why the law was made. I personally don't agree or disagree with polygamy one way or another but i do care about laws that perposly violate peoples right under the constitution.

Plus what do i care if someone wants to have more than one wife as long as the women he is married to don't have a problem with it who are we to judge.

but me personally one wife is all i will ever want or need thank you very much.
